Starting out as a graphic designer, I quickly moved into digital, where I learned how great design blends form with function. My first eight years in fast-paced agencies gave me the opportunity to work with medium-to-large global clients and travel internationally, building a strong foundation in creative problem-solving under pressure.
For the past seven years, I’ve led and grown design teams in both agency and startup settings—scaling from 1 to 8 designers, embedding design into the heart of business strategy, and driving measurable improvements in product quality, delivery speed, and user satisfaction. I’ve implemented design systems and processes that not only elevated output but also supported investment goals and business growth.
Outside of work, you’ll find me running the Brighton seafront chasing a faster 5k, exploring the UK and Europe in my self-converted camper van, or dusting off my skateboard in the hope of finally landing that trick.
