Ever since its grand opening in June 1924, Gleneagles has stood as a beacon of Scottish hospitality and sporting excellence. Entrusting Catch with their vision, Gleneagles sought to pioneer a cutting-edge customer experience that captivates both newcomers and loyal patrons alike.
The goal: to deliver a bespoke, innovative content journey that enriches visitors' understanding of Gleneagles' offerings while fostering lasting connections, thereby elevating customer lifetime value. This project aimed to seamlessly blend digital and physical realms, crafting a one-of-a-kind experience for every guest.

Harmonizing Tradition and Technology.
Our solution aimed to seamlessly integrate the booking experience for Gleneagles, preserving its traditional ambiance while ensuring user-friendliness and rich content. Emulating the simplicity of a personalized conversation, we devised a streamlined process where users could effortlessly craft their bespoke itinerary by answering three concise questions. The interface remained true to Gleneagles' simplistic brand aesthetic, enhanced with subtle animations to evoke an elegant atmosphere.
Elevating Hospitality with Personalized Mobile Experience.
Our project for Gleneagles in Scotland culminated in a mobile-first experience, ensuring hotel guests could seamlessly access their digital companion throughout their stay. This innovative approach enabled users to effortlessly keep track of activities and explore various package upgrades directly from their device. By delivering a personalized experience tailored to each user, our solution facilitated quicker conversions and provided a comprehensive overview of everything Gleneagles has to offer.
